Original front & back yard (The yards were both essentially reverting to the wild; we had to remove four trees and all the rose bushes):
In Progress (The front yard was realitively easy once we removed the tree and stump - the back yard required some 6 yards of gravel just to even out and probably 10 yards of top soil):
Original Kitchen (I hated the original box kitchen so much this is the only picture I have, trying to cook a meal for our family of five on the 26" wide jennair between the fridge and floor-to-ceiling wall range cabinet was absolutely horrible):
Design Plans (Since we already had a dining room I utilized the eat in kitchen space for my redesign):
The Gutting (We pretty much ended up tearing it down to the studs inside and out; no exterior house wrap, worn out insulation, plus moving all the plumbing, electrical, and baseboard heat):
Progressing (Currently all we have left to do is the window corbels, drop tile ceiling, trimming, and crown molding):
Original (They had an undersized fridge under the stairs and the location of the stove made the kitchen uncomfortable to work in, as well as making the table space - to the left of the stove - to far to small to fit more than a card table):
Construction (My redesign relocated the fridge and range and created additional dining space on the island):
